Initially, you should consider that the yearly expense for a senior-level full-time designer can go over $100,000, not including benefits (and finding one readily available can be a challenge). In addition, there may not always be sufficient tasks to occupy them consistently, resulting in you having to pay for unutilized time. The monthly subscription model offers flexibility, allowing you to pause and resume your subscription according to your workload. This way, you pay for design services only when you have tasks to assign.

After you subscribe, you can submit any number of design requests. You can move them around in priority as you see fit within Trello and they will be delivered one at a time. 

Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled within two days or even less. However, the timeline may extend for more intricate design tasks. If this is the case with your request I’ll provide a rough timeline when the project will be completed with frequent updates during the process. 

No. I’m a one-person agency. That means you work directly with me for each project. For certain specialized requests, such as custom illustrations, I may collaborate with a network of skilled partner designers but other than that I’m the only one that designs or provides branding services under my name.

I recognize that you may not always have a month’s worth of design tasks. Maybe you only have a couple of design requests currently. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.

My billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. Suppose you enroll and utilize the service for 21 days, then decide to put your subscription on hold. This action will pause your billing cycle, leaving you with 10 days of service that can be utilized at any point in the future.

Easy, no need to contact me, at the bottom of my website in the footer you’ll see a Client Login link. Click the link, then enter your email address and you should be able to manage your subscription from there. 

Depending on the project I might use one of the many Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, AdobeXD, Illustrator, After Effects, Indesign, and more). Design files will be submitted in your requested format.

I provide substantial flexibility in how you can submit design requests through Trello. Often, clients prefer methods such as directly using Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a short video (for those who’d rather not type out their requests). Essentially, any method that can be linked to or shared in Trello works for me.

You can rest easy! I’ll continue revising the design until it meets your satisfaction.

No problem at all. Feel free to pause your subscription once your current needs are met and simply resume it when you have more design tasks. There’s absolutely no need to let any remaining subscription time be unused.
